A Navajo Tech delegation visited Arizona State University and Global HyPT Center

A delegation from Navajo Technical University visited Arizona State University (ASU) and the Global HyPT Center on August 7-8, 2025. The delegation included Dr. Colleen Bowman, Provost of Navajo Tech, and Prof. Md Muhbubar Rahman, Lead Investigator at Navajo Tech for the Global HyPT Center. They met ASU researchers in several areas: hydrogen, water, and decarbonization. On August 7, Dr. Bowman presented a seminar “Hydrogen Transitions and the Navajo Nation: An Indigenous Community Perspective”. It provided suggestions for a pathway forward for hydrogen projects on the Navajo Nation.
