Dr. Andrea Nataly Arias-Sanchez
Dr. Andrea Nataly Arias-Sanchez is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on chemical engineering associated with environmental applications of electrochemical processes. Her research projects include the removal of volatile organic compounds from gaseous streams by electrochemical-assisted absorption, nanobubble applications, hydrogen production by water splitting, electro-degradation of perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, and electro-reduction of carbon dioxide. Andrea has authored multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals, delivered oral presentations at international conferences, mentored both undergraduate and doctoral students, and collaborated in international research projects.
